SILVER WEDDING PACKAGE  

Are you a hands-on bride who just needs some assistance and guidance for creating your fantasy wedding? This package allows you to do just that - to speak to a consultant who has the knowledge and expertise to help you create your dream wedding. The features for this "Silver Wedding Package" includes a wedding day consultant, who is onsite to ensure your special day runs smoothly. This package provides two coordinators the day of your wedding, who are available and onsite to assist at your rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception. 

The Silver Wedding Package includes:

Pre-Wedding

-Consultation to understand your dream wedding day.

• Up to 3 meetings with consultant prior to the rehearsal; one of these meetings will be ideally held at the wedding and reception site(s)

-Create itineraries and time lines for rehearsal and wedding day

-Send vendors the itinerary of the ceremony and reception, as well as confirm deliver times, and location
-Assigned Task List (for bridal party members and family) preparation*
-Ceremony Outline (including processional and recessional)*
-Staff member on-site for rehearsal coordination
-Coordination of the rehearsal ceremony and dinner.

Wedding Day

-Meet vendors at ceremony and reception sites for deliveries and set-ups

-Decoration and set-up of all items (Such as centerpieces, guestbook, menus, camera...)

-Distribution of final vendor payments

 -Supervise reception and coordinate execution of reception events with vendors

 -Guest assistance

 -1 coordinators is assigned 

 -1 Bridal Assistant assigned to Bride Day of Ceremony
