Are you a hands on bride?  Do you have everything planned for your wedding and just need assistance with making sure your wedding day runs smoothly? The features of this "Bronze Bridal Package" provides you with a wedding day consultant with extensive experience and who is onsite to ensure your special day runs smoothly.  This package provides two coordinators the day of your wedding, who are available and onsite to assist at your rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception. 

This wedding package is designed for the hands on bride, who has planned her wedding day and just needs assistance with making sure her wedding day runs smoothly. 

Pre-Wedding

-Consultation to understand your dream wedding day

-Create itineraries and time lines for rehearsal and wedding day

-Send vendors the itinerary of the ceremony and reception, as well as confirm deliver times, and location

-Coordination of the rehearsal ceremony and dinner.

Wedding Day

-Meet vendors at ceremony and reception sites for deliveries and set-ups

-Decoration and set-up (Such as centerpieces, guestbook, menus, camera...)

-Distribution of final vendor payments

-Supervise reception and coordinate execution of reception events with vendors

-Guest assistance 

-1 coordinator is assigned
